Chris has more than 20 years of experience in the wind energy sector. He owns and manages re-consult Ltd., Turkey's first and only private sector entity to operate a wind laboratory, accredited for wind potential measurements under ISO 17025. With re-consult, Chris has left his mark on more than 3 GW of wind energy projects in various development stages in Turkey, Kenya and Kazakhstan. Besides wind energy, Chris also owns re-carbon Ltd., Turkey's first and only CDM-accredited Designated Operational Entity, active in validation and verification of GHG emission reduction projects.

Kerem, Founding Partner at MNCM Consulting, is a financial consultant with more than 20 years of investment experience across different sectors providing strategic, investment, development and governance leadership to executive committee and board levels. His primary focus is on energy and natural resources, esp. renewables, power & gas markets and the mining industry. In 20 years, he has participated in operational and commercial aspects of ~20GW of power generation development. With extensive deal room experience including management of tax, financial, and advisory teams, he has a proven track record of originating investment opportunities, developing, negotiating, and executing corporate combinations, joint venture, project, and investment agreements on a multicultural basis.  Kerem holds an MBA from Boğaziçi University, B.A. from Middle East Technical University, an Advance Level Capital Market Operations License from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey. He is also a CFA Level II Candidate.

Orçun, having 15 years of experience in renewable energy with a focus on photovoltaics, is the Founder & Managing Partner of Solarian, a prominent solar power technical consultancy firm in Turkey. He had participated in technical assessments of solar power plants and designed projects. In addition; he participated in technical due diligences of many major M&As. Currently he manages the solar portfolio of many major holdings in Turkey and develops solar power projects in neighboring countries. Orçun has a BSc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University and MSc. Software and Systems Security from University of Oxford.

Ozge is a senior consultant with more than 20 years of work experience. She has notable experience as a project manager and a consultant in market opportunity assessment, go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis, benchmarking and partner search projects for both local and global clients on various topics. She worked on energy, environment and building technology related projects such as solar PV, wind power, renewable energy services, waste to energy, smart grid, power generation, power distribution, low voltage products, generator sets. She also authored deep-dive market analysis reports and insights. Ozge has a B.SC degree on Public Finance from Ankara University Dept. Of Political Sciences and MBA degree from Bilgi University.

Serhat is an eminent attorney and a partner at EVG Attorney Partnership. Serhat advices foreign and domestic clients and governmental institutions in numerous kind of B2B, G2G, and B2G projects and transactions, actively assisting the clients in the integration and follow up processes of the projects and transactions such as business development projects, mergers and acquisitions, direct investments, joint ventures, partnerships and consortiums, asset sale and/or purchases, project finance, EPC projects, and privatizations. He has tremendous experience in energy and infrastructure projects. Serhat has advised his clients on wind, solar, hydro, coal fired and combined cycle gas power plant projects as well as he has provided consultancy services to Republic of Turkey Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources on nuclear power plant projects.
